My scarf obsession continued at London Fashion Week yesterday. I have worn this bandana to death already despite having it for only a month. Whoops... I could also say the same about the shoes. You must be sick of seeing them by now, but they are the most comfortable and "easy to wear" shoes ever! However, as the rainy season is fast approaching, they will now be tucked away in the red velvet dust bags until next year, so I can safely say this is their last appearance for the forceable future.
The co-ord suit that I'm wearing is from Topshop and is still available to buy in the stores here and here. I wore it with a white shirt for a clean "office chic" look, but as I write this article the rain outside my window is inspiring me for a turtle neck instead. So if you are planning on rocking this suit co-ord, I'd say try experimenting with a white, navy or even baby blue number for a cosy autumnal look.
I think it would be selfish of me not to mention how I've turned a £7 Primark bag into a chic little cutie that you are seeing on the picture above. The trick is simple, just take any silk scarf that you have in your wardrobe and wrap it up around your bag - done! You can achieve all sorts of looks, depending on the size of the items. Since my bandana was fairly large and the bag was tiny, I managed to cover it completely and even had enough fabric left to make a bow. I believe this idea is so simple, yet interesting enough to help you spice up your everyday go-to bag.
